This morning an Air Force Reserve reconnaissance aircraft investigation, along with satellite supporting data, found wind intensities sufficient to make Dolly the fourth tropical storm of the 2014 Atlantic hurricane season. The tropical storm is expected to gradually turn more toward the west-northwest with landfall along the northeastern coast of Mexico expected in about 24 hours. This image was taken by GOES East at 1415Z on September 2, 2014.
