This acquisition is a follow-on to the current Information Technology Services Program (ITSP) that is scheduled to end 31 Mar 02. The ITSP follow-on will encompass virtually all of the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) used by ESC at Hanscom AFB, as well as ESC’s geographically separated units (GSU) (Standard System Group – Gunter Annex AL; Material System Group – Wright Patterson AFB OH; 38th Engineering Installation Group – Tinker AFB OK; and Cryptologic Systems Group – Kelly AFB TX). Acquires systems acquisition support to ESC program offices (including GSUs) for development, acquisition, and test of command and control (C2) systems. The types of services to be acquired under this program are non-personal and include, but are not limited to:
