Training
Sharpen your skills in forecasting severe weather and managing the environment by attending our training courses. Training can be held at your U.S. or international site, or at IMSG’s training facility in Rockville, Maryland, and customized to meet your needs. For example, our Hazard Emergency Management course can be customized for a jurisdiction’s population size, emergency management system, and major past disasters.
To enhance teacher-student interaction, IMSG limits classroom size to a maximum of 25 individuals. Our courses focus on the areas of aviation weather forecasting, radar meteorology, geospatial analysis and planning, climate change adaptation, and hazard emergency management.
