According to Capt. K.R. Wheelock of Naval Sea Systems Command, “Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) has adopted an integrated approach to contracting for support services. ... SeaPort-e provides a faster, better, & more cost-effective means of contracting for professional support services.”

• Zone 2 - National Capital Zone
• Zone 3 - Mid Atlantic Zone
• Zone 5 - Midwest Zone
• Zone 6 - Southwest Zone
• Zone 7 - Northwest Zone
